Commercial Main Fire Sprinkler Break

This wholesale distribution client suffered a main fire sprinkler break which caused silt and water to rise where the fire sprinkler pipe extends from the concrete slab. Approximately 590k square feet was affected by silt and water. Our team worked (2) 12-hour shifts to help mitigate their business interruption and restore the space back to its preloss condition. We also assisted in inventorying and disposing of our clients damaged contents. This is also known as non-salvageable contents or total loss items. We were able to successfully restore this customer’s business to their preloss condition.
