Simi Valley is relatively close to Moorpark and Team Reed felt it was essential to be able to serve the adjacent communities with best in class service for fire, flood and mold remediation.    Shortly after acquiring Simi Valley, Team Reed earned the Elite Designation of Large Loss Response Team which allows the Company to perform and assist neighboring franchises for large losses.   With the acquisition of Simi Valley we also increase our packout facility to 30,000 square feet and increased our contents division.  We are also involved with this city’s Chamber of Commerce and support them in any way they can when it comes to community activities.  We are very proud of our work in the community particularly with the support of homeowners and business owners after the Thomas and Woolsey fires.
