Living Room Flood

This living room flooded from a pipe underneath the house bursting in Simi Valley, CA. You can see the water damage done to the carpet and the moisture affected the walls throughout the finished living room. The after picture was taken only 4 days after the initial incident. Our technicians removed all affected carpet, the baseboard, and some of the wall that had started to bubble with condensation. Our customer and her insurance agent were expecting a much longer process and they were thrilled with the end results.
